RaceSelect provides registration, payment facilitation, waiver execution, and competition data tools for motorsports events operated by independent Organizers.

  • Coaches or team representatives
  • Organizers and event staff

2. Registration on Behalf of Others

Registration may be completed by:

  • The participant
  • A parent or legal guardian
  • A coach or authorized representative

If you submit information for another person, you represent that:

  • You have authority to provide their personal information
  • You have authority to agree to applicable waivers and policies
  • The information provided is accurate

If registering a minor, you represent you are the minor’s legal parent or guardian.

RaceSelect relies on these representations and does not independently verify authority.

We do not store full credit card numbers.

4. Public Competition Data

Motorsports results are public by nature.

Names, team affiliations, class information, lap times, rankings, and standings may be publicly displayed and permanently archived.

This applies to adult and minor participants.

  • Facilitate waiver execution
  • Publish results
  • Send event-related communications
  • Prevent fraud

We do not sell personal information.

We are not responsible for Organizer use of data once shared for event administration.

Competition data for minors may still be publicly displayed as part of official results.

  • Account information is retained while active.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.
